Search & Discovery
How do I search for album artwork?
Simply use the search bar at the top of any page. You can search by artist name, album title, or even song names. Our system will find matching albums from iTunes' extensive database.
Why can't I find certain albums?
Our database is powered by iTunes Search API, so we can only show albums that are available on iTunes. If an album isn't on iTunes or has been removed, it won't appear in our search results.
Can I browse by genre or year?
Currently, our main browsing options are through search and our Top Albums/Singles pages. We're working on adding more browsing options like genre and year filters in future updates.
How accurate are the search results?
Our search results come directly from iTunes, so they're as accurate as iTunes' own database. We use fuzzy matching to help find albums even with slight spelling variations.
Downloads & Resolution
What resolutions are available?
We offer multiple resolutions from 300×300px up to 5000×5000px. The ultra-high 5000px resolution is perfect for printing and professional use. Most albums support resolutions up to 3000×3000px or higher.
Are the downloads really free?
Yes! All album artwork downloads are completely free with no registration required, no limits, and no hidden fees. This will always be our commitment to the music community.
Can I download multiple sizes at once?
Yes! Use the 'Download All Sizes' button on album pages to automatically download the most popular resolutions (600px, 1000px, and 5000px) in one click.
What file format are the downloads?
All artwork is downloaded in high-quality JPG format, which provides the best balance of quality and file size. The images maintain their original iTunes quality.
Why is my download slow or failing?
Large files (especially 5000px images) can take longer to download. If downloads fail, try a smaller resolution first, check your internet connection, or try again in a few minutes.
Mobile & Device Issues
Does the site work on mobile devices?
Absolutely! Our website is fully optimized for mobile devices. The mobile experience includes touch-friendly interfaces and all the same features as the desktop version.
Why am I getting CORS errors on mobile?
We've implemented a special mobile-compatible system that automatically detects your device and uses the appropriate method to access iTunes. This should prevent CORS errors on mobile browsers.
Can I download directly to my phone?
Yes! Downloads work on all mobile devices. On iOS, downloaded images are saved to your Photos app. On Android, they're typically saved to your Downloads folder.
Is there a mobile app?
Currently, we're a web-based service optimized for mobile browsers. While we don't have a dedicated app yet, our mobile website provides a native app-like experience.
